My advice would be to go on the Computer Lounge forums (www.computerlounge.co.nz) list your specs and ask them what they'd advise. I'd also strongly recommend you buy from them instead of Dragon PC, I'm also in Christchurch and order all my stuff from CL and Ascent. Dragon PC is OK if you want something quick but if there's any warranty work required they're a complete PIA, Computer Lounge tend to be the same price or cheaper and look after you if stuff stops working. If I order on a Monday it tends to arrive Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning (CL are up in Auckland).

    ^^^ This

Enermax might be hard for you to source, however Corsair should be carried by a large number of decent suppliers/shops.

Value for money would be the HX750 and I would most certainly want in this range from a quality brand like Corsair, all their supplies are made in by the top flight OEM's.

Do not buy some junk no-name PSU, do yourself a favor and buy a brand like Corsair with a warranty you can count on.

because youre running crossfire, i suggest you get at least a 750W PSU. ive used the corsair 750AX before and i can safely say it was awesome.
it will give you sufficient wattage for the crossfire and overclocking.
