It's terrible, I get 10 GIG of download per month, so I have to buy everything retail.

Seriously though iinet/node/westnet (iinet group) all have free steam downloads. Plus I am pretty sure Bigpond/other ISP's have steam mirrors as well. So most popular games should be quota free.

Some of the less popular games still might download from oversea's servers though.
